Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Planning:
    • Create detailed architectural designs and blueprints for buildings, ensuring the projects meet the functional, aesthetic, and safety standards.
    • Develop initial concepts and present ideas using sketches, 3D models, or digital tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
    • Understand the client's needs, objectives, and budget to create suitable architectural solutions.
    • Conduct site analysis to determine environmental impact, zoning regulations, and other key factors influencing design.
  2. Project Management:
    • Oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring designs are implemented correctly.
    • Manage timelines, resources, snake game and budgets to keep the project on track.
    • Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and other construction professionals to ensure structural integrity and functionality.
  3. Client and Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Meet with clients to discuss project goals, progress, and concerns.
    • Modify designs based on client feedback, changing project conditions, or updated regulations.
    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, local authorities, or stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Education:
    • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
    • Professional licensure (Architect Registration Examination - ARE) or working toward licensure.
  2. Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, SketchUp).
    • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
    • Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  3. Key Skills:
    • Creativity and Aesthetic Sense: Ability to design functional, innovative, and aesthetically pleasing structures.
    • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage time, budgets, and project resources efficiently.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot design or construction issues and adapt designs to unforeseen challenges.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly to clients and collaborators.
    • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in designs and precision in specifications.
