Responsibilities:

• Craft and assemble a wide range of furniture pieces, including tables, chairs, cabinets, beds, and more
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design specifications
• Operate woodworking tools and machinery safely and efficiently
• Select and prepare high-quality materials, such as wood, veneers, laminates, and other finishes
• Sand, stain, paint, and finish furniture to achieve desired aesthetics
• Repair or restore furniture as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment
• Collaborate with designers and other team members to create custom pieces

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Furniture Maker, Carpenter, or similar role
• Proficiency with woodworking tools and machinery (saws, sanders, routers, etc.)
• Strong understanding of wood types, finishes, and furniture construction techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
