Quick Solve Plus is a management Software for the social service industry, specifically Supported Living and Independent Livng. Compass SLS and ILS developed the software over 10 years ago and has watched it transform and elevate the services we provide.
Your job as the QuickSolvePlus (QSP) Junior UI/UX Designer:

Enable Compass and other customers of QSP to receive the maximum value of the program by designing intuitive, usable digital experiences for our web and mobile platforms.

Help QSP successfully market and build for new and existing customers, contributing to Compass’ mission of changing the way people with disabilities are served.

QSP JUNIOR UI/UX DESIGNER REQUIREMENTS:
-
Associate’s (AA/AS) degree
-
Knowledge of QSP’s features and tools.
-
Familiarity with HTML, CSS and basic front-end development concepts
-
Two (2) years experience in technology, preferably in a social service context.

Proficiency in Figma, Sketch or Adobe Illustrator

Portfolio of web and mobile design work, including design process, links to any live work, and your role in the projects

Reasonable combination of the above

You must have a knack for interaction design and a love of logical UI patterns, but also a deep empathy for people.

You must love our culture, people with developmental disabilities, and our technology.

You must excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You must be willing to travel, as needed.

As a QSP Junior UI/UX Designer, you would have the honor of supporting our operations team as they provide the best possible service for our clients.
JOB DETAILS: The rate of pay is $24-28/hour based on experience and education. Hours are M-F 8 am-5 pm.
